Friday – Day 1: Grounding in Purpose (Begins 6 pm)
Kick off the weekend by setting the stage for leadership growth, connection, and intentional action. Participants will check in, choose their track, and engage in conversations with alumni to explore what stepping into leadership truly means. The evening includes networking and exercises to define personal leadership goals.

Saturday – Day 2: Tools for the Work
Develop the skills, strategies, and networks to lead change effectively. Through plenaries, track-specific workshops, and interactive exercises, participants explore pathways to power, campaign and advocacy strategies, authentic messaging, and hands-on organizing tools. Evening networking activities deepen connections across tracks.

Sunday – Day 3: Taking It Forward
Translate learning into action and commit to next steps. Participants refine campaign or advocacy plans, practice digital storytelling, engage in peer accountability, and leave with concrete strategies to continue leading change in their communities. The weekend closes with a collective reflection and a forward-looking call to action.
